- Who are Cellectis' main investors ?
Cellectis' main shareholders are a group of venture capital firms (which own around 53% of the capital post-IPO) and the Institut Pasteur (with around 6%). The balance (41%) is owned by the public (23%) and by individuals, including Cellectis' founders and employees (18%).
- Are the Companys's main shareholders subject to a lock-up clause?
Yes, from the date of the IPO, a 9-month lock-up period applies to the lead investors, the Institut Pasteur, the company's Scientific Advisory Board, certain employees and other persons linked to the company, whereas the period is 12 months for the company's managers.

The demand for shares can be broken down geographically as follows: 79% from France, 8.5% from the UK, 7% from Scandinavia and 5% from Switzerland and Germany
About Cellectis' corporate governance
- What is the Company's legal structure?
The Company is a French "Société Anonyme" (SA) with a Board of Directors.
Cellectis complies with the internal control legislation and its policy abides by principles of good corporate governance.
As CEO, André Choulika leads the company's management activities. He overseas the commercial policy and the R&D strategy and liaises between the various corporate departments.
He is assisted in this task by an informal Executive Board, which generates proposals for optimizing both the company's day-to-day affairs and its longer term strategy. In addition to the CEO, this Executive Board includes the VPs for Sales & Marketing, Science, Finance and Administration.
The company has adopted a range of internal audit and quality control procedures (particularly in the accounting and financial areas) with a view to hitting its strategic targets.
